Professional Background:

After being schooled in accounting and finance, I was employed over a period of seven years by two banks and a non-profit organization in the areas of staff accounting and audit. I then received training in the field of microcomputers as they were just being introduced in the early 1980's. This lead to several positions with computer software organizations over a six year period, where I provided customer technical support, and where I focused primarily on automated accounting solutions and early implementations of Local Area Networks. In 1989, I migrated into providing these professional services directly to business clients on a contractual or hourly basis. While I have been actively serving the needs and requirements of my clientele, I have continually upgraded and improved my skills in this rapidly growing field, especially with the proliferation of the Internet and intranets in the 1990's.

Consulting Methodology:

1. I (and any assistants I employ) will endeavor to only provide our clients with professional technical service and advice. Any recommendations we make will be impartial and unbiased.

2. We will meet with you to discuss your computer system needs or problems and get a clear understanding of how we may be able to assist you.

3. We will then perform a complete hands-on system analysis, including diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and simple repairs.

4. If  requested, we will then present you with detailed recommendations for system improvements and the associated costs.

5. If requested, we can provide recommendations for any computer hardware and software to facilitate the system improvements.

6. We are available to configure and install all computer hardware and software.

7. We are skilled at training you and your staff in the optimum usage of your system.
